Before real estate, Roy built a career as a management and public sector consultant in Washington, D.C., advising senior government executives on complex, high-stakes decisions. That experience, combined with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and dual master’s degrees from Indiana University, shaped his analytical, data-driven approach and his ability to represent his clients with professionalism, confidence, and care.
Today, Roy brings that same rigor to every transaction, whether he's guiding a first-time buyer through their largest investment yet, or helping a seasoned seller position a property in Tampa's competitive luxury market. He's also an active volunteer with local organizations such as Tampa Bay Watch, and rarely passes up a chance to get outside, play just about any sport, or catch a game, especially when his Texas A&M Aggies are playing.
Originally from a small town in Texas, Roy's lived and worked across the U.S. But he ultimately found his forever home in St. Pete, where the sunshine, water, and community all align with how he likes to live life.
